There is a 40% non-refundable retainer due at booking to keep your spot on my calendar, the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session date.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
I recommend booking your newborn session in your second trimester to ensure that I will have availability. All newborn session dates are scheduled as a tentative date a week after your due date. I only book a certain amount of newborn sessions a month to allow for flexibility incase we need to reschedule if baby comes early or late. It can be really hard for me to squeeze sessions in last minute, so please try to book as soon as possible!

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
For all newborn sessions, all props are provided including baskets, blankets and headbands, etc. No need to buy anything! A few days before your session date you will receive a prep guide to help prepare you and your family for the session, along with a questionnaire to fill out to help guide me on which colors you would like to incorporate into the session or any other request you may have.
WHEN WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Newborn sessions take place on M-F mornings.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive a proof gallery 1-2 weeks after your session, so you can choose your favorite images for your gallery! Additional images can be purchased for $15 per image.
The total turnaround time is around 3 weeks from your session date.
ARE YOU VACCINATED?
I am up to date on all of my immunizations, including annual flu-shot.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AN OPTION?
If booked for enough in advance, payment plans are available!
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
The session will take place at my studio in Chappell Hill or we can do the session at your home.
There is a $50 travel fee if the mileage is over 50 miles roundtrip from Brenham, TX (77426, 77833, 77834) or Cypress, TX (77429 & 77433) and may change as necessary.
